Choosing a holster for your SIG P365

Start with the name on the slide. The P365, the P365 XL and the P365-XMACRO each take a different holster. This page is for the P365 with the 3.1" barrel. For the others: P365 XL holsters, P365-XMACRO holsters.

"Universal" holsters fit nothing perfectly. Ours are made to order for the exact model you choose, which is why the model matters.

How P365 owners carry it

Most of our P365 customers carry it inside the waistband in the Open Top New Generation Holster, open top with a metal clip. For a clip you can adjust for angle and height, the Model 38 in Kydex or in leather.

For a pocket, the Front Pocket Leather Holster stays in the pocket when you draw. For a belt holster with a lock, the KNG Thumb-Break & RetenScrews High Ride Holster adds a Level II thumb break.

Frequently asked questions

Will a P365 holster fit my P365 XL or P365-XMACRO?

No. Each one has its own holster fit. See the P365 XL and P365-XMACRO holsters, or choose your exact model on the product page.

Can I carry a P365 in my pocket?

Yes, in a pocket holster. The Front Pocket Leather Holster is made for the P365: it stays in the pocket when you draw and minimizes printing.

Is there a P365 holster with a lock?

Two. The KNG Thumb-Break & RetenScrews High Ride Holster has a Level II thumb break. The KNG SR™ Holster locks the trigger guard until you press the SR™ lever.

How do I make sure the holster fits my SIG P365?

Choose SIG under Gun Brand and P365 3.1" under Gun Model on the product page. The holster is made for the model you select, and your selection is recorded with your order.

Can I get a SIG P365 holster for a red-dot optic?

Optic-ready configurations are available on request. Contact us to confirm your setup before you order, because a holster ordered for the wrong configuration is not eligible for return.

Do you make left-handed SIG P365 holsters?

Yes. Where a holster is offered in both hands, choose Left under Draw Hand on the product page.

What belt width do I need?

The BFL belt loop on our duty holsters takes belts of 1.2", 1.5" and 2" (30, 38 and 50 mm). Paddle and clip versions fit belts up to 1.75" (45 mm).

Which retention level should I choose?

Level I is the simplest and the fastest. Level II adds one lock: a thumb break or the SR™ trigger-guard lock. Level III, the HDL™, is built for open carry, duty and uniform: the pistol stays locked until you release it. Which level is right for you is a conversation with your instructor.
